Welcome to the Abby's Support Center! Whether you're craving your favorite slice or looking to cash in on some rewards, we want to make sure your app experience is as perfect as our pizza.

🍕 Getting Started

You can download the Abby's App for free from the Google Play Store. Simply search for "Abby's Pizza" and look for our logo.

Once you open the app, tap "Sign Up." You can create an account using your email address and a secure password. Make sure to verify your email to activate your account!

Yes! Because our loyalty system is powered by Valutec, you can easily digitize your physical card. Go to your Account Profile, select "Link Existing Card," and enter the number located on the back of your physical card. Your points and rewards will instantly sync.

🎁 Earning & Redeeming Rewards

Earning points is easy! You earn points on every purchase made at any of our 36 Abby's locations.
  • In-App Orders: Points are automatically applied to your account when you order through the app.
  • In-Store: Simply open the app and have the cashier scan your personal QR code/barcode before you pay.

When you have enough points for a reward, it will appear in the "Rewards" tab of your app.
  • To use it for a mobile order, select the reward during checkout to apply the discount.
  • To use it in-store, tap the reward, show the generated barcode to the cashier, and they will apply it to your total.

[Update this based on your specific Valutec policy] Points generally do not expire as long as your account remains active. However, specific promotional rewards may have an expiration date, which will be clearly listed under the reward in your app.

🛠️ Troubleshooting & Technical Issues

Don't worry! On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password." Enter the email address associated with your account, and we will send you a secure link to reset it.

Points usually appear in your account immediately, but depending on network connectivity, it can sometimes take up to 24 hours. If it has been more than 24 hours, please contact our support team with a photo of your receipt, and we will manually credit your account.

Try these quick steps to get things running smoothly:
  1. Check the Google Play Store to ensure you have the latest version of the Abby's app installed.
  2. Force close the app and reopen it.
  3. Clear the app's cache in your phone's settings (Settings > Apps > Abby's > Storage > Clear Cache).
  4. If the issue persists, try deleting and reinstalling the app. (Don't worry, your points are safe!).
